I hold trouble falling asleep & if & when i do nose-dive asleep I give the impression of being to solely achieve 3hrs of it.?

I have be prescribed every prescription drug to help this problem & hold tried every over the counter drug and they do not work for me. Although I have lived beside this problem since high university, I am now have major trouble at work and surrounded by my relationship. I need sleep, but I cant appear to get any. See a doctor. Demand that he test you and bring up to date you the CAUSE of your problem, and not just lethargically write you another prescription.
You can't fix a problem if you don't know the cause.
Have you tried melatonin 3mg beside B6? melatonin is released into the brain in most those when it gets shady to prepare the body for hibernation (sleep) and B6 actually facilitate the uptake of melatonin in the body. Easy, Over the counter, totally untaught. I have main issues with sleep from working an terrifically odd shift schedual where on earth I work half light of day shifts and half dark shifts in indistinguishable week, this REALLY helps me. And even if you just get 3-4 hours of sleep at hand is no weird drug hangover. Try it...it worked for me!
I have a similar problem for yrs. Mine turned out to be the way I be eating at hours of darkness. I would eat snacks until that time bed either beside tons of sugar or with lofty carbs. I would go to sleep and adjectives the sugar would kick my insulin into overdrive!. Then my glucose rank would start to fall and the liver would recognise a low blood sugar and release adjectives the glucose it had stored up. In turn, I would get up up from all the excess verve from the glucose and not be able to sleep. I singular eat cheese or meat for snacks at darkness,now. And I sleep adjectives night long.
