I hurt my arm?

Okay I fell from my horse and landed on my arm I chew over. But it hurts when I move it up or down and it is really stiff. I take ibuprofen but it doesnt do anything. It is my right arm + im right hand. What should i do? I have a horse show on sit.?!?!I hurt my arm?
Have you iced it? If not, put ice on it and after use a heating wad each hours of darkness when you go to bed, that should oblige the stiffness. If you stretch it each hours of daylight, that will also help the stiffness and you might be capable of make the horse show. Good luck!
sounds close to a sprain, make a sling, dump the horse show.

Go to an emergency room to see if you own broken anything. Be aware that you do not need to enjoy a limb pointing surrounded by a strange direction to have a fracture. There are two bones within each segment of the arm. One could be broken and the other holding the arm in place. There is also the possibility of a Greenstick fracture (a crack where on earth the bones do not separate.) It is a lot better to enjoy a cast than a disfigurement. Besides, if you do hold a fracture and a cast, you will seize the sympathy vote at the horse show.
Ok this is what you do get so rime in a pack hold it on for 25 min. then past its sell-by date for 2 hours do it 3 times then turn sit in a hot tub for 45 min. af ter that do the rime again twice do this for 2 days and you should be ok and drink lots apple jusice and eat lots of eggs its a behind the times family concealed that im passing to you so do it and you will be fine
