I hurt my rear reeeeaaaally fruitless.?

Not sure how, I think possibly because I think I can still get my 8 year old daughter around. its be hurting for 3 days really bad, I can't really do anything, and it's getting worse. its my upper pay for all the method across my shoulders but its really like a sharp torment in one nouns. I have pulled a muscle within my lower back since but it was nil like this. How can I report to if this is just muscle strain or if it is more serious. I'm trying to avoid going to a dr. at all cost.I hurt my rear reeeeaaaally fruitless.?
Well, let see ... lower back discomfort can be either sciatica or a muscle strain. Upper hindmost pain is most commonly the result of muscle strain. Herniated discs and other spinal injuries are not markedly common. So, let assume that it is a muscle pull or strain. Stretching is well-mannered. Deep massage may aid reduce the tightness although it may not be comfortable at the time. Anti-inflamatories resembling Motrin, Advill, etc can be helpful surrounded by reducing the inflamation and easing the pain. Icing the nouns for 10-15 minutes at a time 3 or 4 times a day can also backing. If it persists beyond a week or so short any improvement ... probably ought to see the Dr.

can you elevate your arms? touching it tender or screaming pain?
any numbness contained by extremities usually calls for a Dr drop by.
treat with heat shower and don't lift. god if you can hoist an 8 yer old- it can't be too bad! moral luck
Ask some one else to carry her. also shes to matured to be carried.So STOP CARRYING HER
I think you should stop carring your daughter and step to the doctor and it checked out it could be a severe injury and may hurt you for the rest of your life!
