should i ice it and wrap it? hold on to it elevated?I hold tendonitis of the knees... any suggestions?
Ice is a much better option. With a tendonitis you will own some swelling and inflammation...heat simply adds to the fire so to speak. if you want to rime your whole knees i suggest making a ice backpack sandwich around your whole knees. wrap the ice loads in a towel or two if it's freshly too cold. leave on for 12-15 min. and if the tendonitis is only just above or below the front of your knee a great theory is getting a dixie (paper) cup and freezing water surrounded by it. once frozen, tear sour a little of the cup from around the top, rub the rime sticking out of the cup in your foot to smooth the top then rub the rime all over the muscle that hurts for about 8-12 min. repeat every hour or so. ibuprophen isn't discouraging idea any..it cuts the pain and inflammation. expect to be aware of a cold cycle with this treatment you should have a feeling a coldness, achyness, burning, numbness and that cycle will last almost 5 min after that your set for the remaining minutes of your treatment. good luck and if you own anything happen that freshly doesn't feel right jump back to your doc.
apply a moist heat pad for fifteen minutes, three times day after day. Afterwards massage an analgesic cream into the nouns. You should rest the knee as much as possible. I don't reason wrapping it is going to relieve the tendinitis. Elevating could give some nouns. Advil soft gel capsules work extraordinarily good for stomach-ache, take them four times each day.
Just make sure if you use grill, to always rime it afterward. Heat can have the potential to flare a tendonitis worse if it is used alone.
