I go to gain my workout today and i have to stop surrounded by the middle of it because i feel dizzy, i go home?

and i had sudden big urge to throw up and i turned ashy then i started seeing double and nearly passed out, i feel better after a little rest going on for 30 min and now im ok, what could enjoy happened?
im surrounded by top condition and was lifting brawny weights, no cardioI go to gain my workout today and i have to stop surrounded by the middle of it because i feel dizzy, i go home?
The two most common things that fit are dehydration and heart trouble. So drink plenty of wet, and get your checkup.
did you drink and drink plenty of water?
if you didn't, consequently that's probably why..
sounds like you may be have some issues with your blood pressure, I would contact your doctor as soon as possable, to product sure that medication is not needed

You be dehydrated and probably have low blood sugar. You overworked yourself and didn't have adequate instant caloric intake to burn that you needed while lifting. Make sure you drink water and even a carb inn or something before you elevate.
When you work out,you sweat,which lets out your hydration.Drink lots of hose or gaterade while exersing and having big amounts of sweat.Also,eat stout!!And never skip breakfast,or any meal!
