I scratched some bites and immediately they are infected....?

I got bite while i be camping by I regard as chiggers but then I scratched and scratched and it have made ugly sores that are adjectives red and infected. What should I do? What will help thieve the infection away?I scratched some bites and immediately they are infected....?
wash beside an antibacterial sop and some neosporin. it is NOT life threatening. ur first time camp?

Step one... if you enjoy or know where you can go and get charcoal tablets do so. (usually Walgreen's or Walmart) Then take nearly 10 of them and make them into a bond using cool water. The charcoal will not simply take the itchiness away but will sustain pull anything stuff is in the bites themselves out. Kind of approaching that Elmer's glue attach and then spread contained by on your bites... (word to the wise don't lay against anything you don't want dirty, this can stain clothing or doesn`t matter what you lay on) Then after you spread the paste on your bites place a gauze over the nouns 4x4 or larger if needed and tape the edges. (this will sustain in keeping most of it on your bites) If this doesn't work and the bites achieve more and more infected and inflamed go see your doctor b/c he might own to prescribe something stronger but this will save you a trip to the doctor and $$$ for prescriptions. Leave on for adjectives day/night no longer than 6-8 hours and then rinse and reapply if needed. May lift up to a day or so.
