I picked a scab on a cut and saw that a lump of skin be pokin thru the cut. what is it and how can i lose it?

i got cut when i fell. it be bothering me because it made a small lump with a scab ontop. i picked the scab so i could check it out and it's in recent times raw skin underneath poking through the cut. what is taking place and how do i cure/fix it?I picked a scab on a cut and saw that a lump of skin be pokin thru the cut. what is it and how can i lose it?
well, if your cut be deep and okay, pretty much fresh, your skin is granulating. meaning that the hot tissue below your scab is multiplying to fill contained by back the gash you made, consequently your sking will grow back. by peal your scab so fast, you lately pulled out all the granulating tissue. thus exposing the wound and pulling out adjectives the good flesh. better not pick on it. highly developed chances of scare. just consent to it dry and let it trip up off on it's own. other use antiseptic cream and if you have any funny foul smelling green stuff coming out, it's an infection. yup yup.
if it's an outdated wound than i guess it may be kelloids.
