I lately dislocated my knees boater and I'm wondering if any one out in attendance know how long it take to restore your health?
Once you dislocate your knee trilby you stretch the ligaments surrounding it some and it will always (unless you hold surgery) be a little more loose than until that time. Often people dislocate it and are fine the rest of their lives...occasionally it become a recurring problem and later you should look into going to see a physical therapist to show you how to properly strengthen your hip and butt muscles. If that fail then surgery is regularly the final solution. If it happens again next I recommend you go see an orthopedic doctor.
Hopefully your kneecap is spinal column in place! But associates that have this injury live beside it for the rest of their lives. It doesnt nessesarly hurt them until they fall or injure their knees again. so if you just not long fell on your knee you should be fine contained by a week or so, just rest and embezzle an anti inflammatory if nessesary. good luck
It's gonna purloin atleast 6 months dear. Or depending on the precautions u take, it could also run 8 months to fully recover. I knw adjectives this b'coz i watch WWE adjectives the time. Ive heard countless doc's speak tht. Well, it sure took 6 months for Mark Henry. N for Triple H, hes stil out of action, i be going to he got injured sooner this year.
