It is at it's worst after work (I work as a produce prep clerk a grocery store, Im ALWAYS standing).
Its worst on my left foot.
It hurts on the inside of my foot surrounded by the heel area. Its tender to touch.I enjoy stomach-ache contained by the bottom of my my foot within the heel nouns...?

I own treated mild plantar fasciitis with some simple exercises, but I don't want to diagnose you!
i have the same problem, walk c a foot doc, sounds like u own planter fascites(think thats how u spell it!!) Doc can give u inserts for ur shoes or nouns waves can treat it!!
you probably own spurs...surgery would have to be perform to remove them. They can be identified through conventional xrays.
