Its like i can quality my nerve from my ankle to the bottoms of my toes. Its really annoying. when I gash my ankle or rub it...and now sometimes when I meander. should I be concerned?I enjoy a tingly fancy contained by my foot when I touch my ankle!?
im not sure if you should go into hysterics mode but i would go and draw from it checked out. i would ask a famil doc if i had RLS, restless leg syndrom. to cram more go to webmd.com and to be exact a great site to find out free info
Maybe your broke, twisted, or sprained your ankle.
