I am 38 and have be battling a unpromising chest cold for 4 days. Each night I am spiking a restlessness of up to 101.8. I'm now pretty sure I don't hold a cold but an upper respiratory infection. My question is this: Is it ok to pilfer a hot bath when you enjoy this degree of disorientation? I have the chills really desperate and I want a hot bath approaching right now. Really hot. Can I do that or not?I hold a press roughly speaking fever and adults?
no hot tub take a lukewarm hip bath, drink plenty of fluids tylenol or ibuprofen and if this fever doesnt move about away after 3 days id call on the doctor or go to the ER. My husband get bad fever and chills. use a couple of blankets
I wouldnt take a hot tub if your battling a restlessness that high. I would bring tylenol or something for the fever and if it go down, maybe afterwards. I would also, if i were you, consult a doctor for him to perscribe you some pills for your aliments. Good Luck.
Well you can but it will just put your body temp. up even more. While surrounded by the bath, put a highly very cold clean up cloth on your forehead or neck merely to keep cool. Or pocket 2 ibuprofens before the hot tub.
yes it is OK to take a bath-not severely hot but yes it is OK. You need to turn to the Doctor or the ER a respiratory infection can be deadly. Especially near a high restlessness. You need to budge on antibiotics.
most likely, you enjoy a viral illness. drink lots of fluids, get hold of plenty of rest, and take advil/tylenol for aching. most viruses concluding 3-21 days, but the temp is nothing. verbs if it's over 102.9.
