I own an ankle that seem to swell annually...?

Two years ago (in July) my ankle and foot were swollen. I go to the doctor and they did x-rays but found nothing broken. Six weeks within physical therapy resulted surrounded by being sent final to the doctor because there be no improvement. After finally mortal sent to an orthopedist, they barely glance at it and announced I had a torn ligament and it would heal on it's own. The swelling (and pain) eventually go away but now every summer it act up again. I can always announce the naissance of summer when I start to feel the dull pain and within a week, the swelling begin. The pain seem to be on the outside of my foot but all the swelling is around the ankle. Any design to what might be causing this?I own an ankle that seem to swell annually...?
i sounds resembling a minor sprain that just keep re occuring
weather change ...

where on earth a brace when it does. it will go down and steal aspirin for pain
Heat and humidity. Swelling is usually cause by blood rushing to specific site. Blood goes to wear warmness is. When the heat and humidity rise, things swell again. This is why relations (especially pregnant women) have their foot swell more in the summer, except not a soul really notices much because we adjectives wear summer shoes, like flip flops and sandals. Just rime it if it bothers you, 20-30 minutes every 2-3 hours. Also if you elevate your foot and ankle as often as you can, the swelling may also step down.
I don't know, honestly. Do you feel tired when it starts to swell? You may be anemic.
