I am not pregnant. I am always tired no event how much I sleep. I even need a doze most days. I dont know what is going on. What can I do to help boost my punch, i already take alot of caffine.I own be to tired adjectives the time?
Is this the individual symptom you have or are here more things that have changed. Drinking profusely of caffeine will cause more sleepiness.
I have that and that found out I had fibromyalgia.It is a combination near joint throbbing.
It may also be syndrome of Pfeiffer.
You should consult your doctor if it last really long, you might have medical condition he might be capable of help you get better from and feel better.
There are a possibility of things that are wrong here. Do you own sleep apnea? Are you overweight (overweight people tend to develop sleep apnea because of stumbling block of the larynx at night and they gain hypoxic). Have you checked your stools and noticed any blood contained by them? Best thing to do is run to your doctor and they should do a CBC to rule out anemia of any type first.
take vitamins every hours of daylight. Take a multi vitamin with B complex. This will boost your enthusiasm.
Try chlorophyll and barley grass also known as green barley.

this could be a thyroid problem.i would suggest going to a doctor though and have yourself checked
