Ok so im a 15 year old boy that plays AAA competetive traveling baseball. It first started sour just an annoying naging tightness contained by my rotator cuff-shoulder but just keep getting more sore and harder to throw. What should i do to help this restore to health?I own a intensely sore rotator cuff and it isnt getting any better... what should i do?

Rotator cuffs will not restore to health themselves like some other musculature problems will. There are specific exercises you can do to strengthen it and give support to it heal. One that worked best for me be to lean vertically against a wall with upright arm and let doomed to failure arm hang. Slowly swing arm/hand surrounded by a small circle. It don't seem close to you're doing much while you're doing it, but it really does help. Try to glibness up on using it for a while as well. Best of luck !!
I am a granny but currently suffering from matching thing which be caused by a trickle 6 mos. ago and steroid shots only provide temporary nouns, so I fear I enjoy to have surgery. This is second time. It took heaps months to heal ultimate time. You better have an x-ray and see if it is torn.
X-ray will not show a torn rotator cuff. You call for an mri. See an ortho doc or good chiropractor that know shoulders.
